You feel anxious, fearful of not being good enough, you develop negative self talk, and suddenly your confidence is no where to be found ……..

As a former competitive ballroom dancer I know all too well how that FEELS and have become passionate about teaching other performers, dancers, actors, singers or athletes how to lessen that anxiety or get rid rid of it completely. First of all one MUST understand where those FEELINGS come from. It is so specific to the thing that you want to do the most in your life that at times you might even question if you should continue on that path. Here are a few suggestions to unblock your fears and anxiety:

1) Use HYPNOSIS and NLP techniques to unblock subconscious beliefs and habits that are preventing you from success and being your authentic self. Once the blocks are removed, you are ready to let in only positive energy and start visualizing the outcome you want.

2) VISUALIZATION – as you visualize your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy. So imagine the outcome you want and “step into that feeling”. When you are at the actual event (audition) it will feel like you have already done it before…cause your mind thinks you have even by simply visualizing it.

***So first unblock your subconscious blocks that you might have and the learn to visualize. With mental rehearsals, mind and body become trained to actually perform the skill imagined at the same time building confidence and minimizing anxiety.
