HOW DOES IT FEEL?
Everyone experiences the state of hypnosis differently. Hypnosis is an altered state of awareness with your physical body relaxed. You might feel peaceful and calm, you might feel a tingeling or floating sensation, you might feel heavy and relaxed. However you experience it, is just right for you.You will always leave your session feeling refreshed and revitalized.
WHAT IF I CANNOT BE HYPNOTIZED?
Everyone has the ability to be hypnotized. Hypnosis is a natural state, we all go in and out of, at various times of the day.
AM I IN CONTROL?
You cannot and will not do or say anything under hypnosis that is in conflict with your personal standards and desires. You are always in control and you can hear everything being said.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WORK?
How many hypnotherapy sessions you will need will be determined by your conscious will power, desire to change a behavior and how you handle your subconscious mind’s need for resistance. Some clients seek relief in as little as a couple sessions, while others feel it is a benefit for ongoing therapy for as long as they desire. I recommend that a new client start with a min of 4-8 sessions, all one week apart.
